AFTER AGM
- Phone country clubs for race dates; Port Pirie, Victor Harbor, Kapunda, Royal Show and what they will be sponsoring
- Organise Sponsorship
- Mount Gambier - Send invoice to Mount Gambier Harness Racing Club for all MG participants and they will pay. The Driver/Membership fee only. This is to cover insurance.
- Harness Racing SA - Confirm with Peter Hailes insurance is up-to-date. Katherine organises our Membership passes.
- Lady Reinswomens night - possibly organise stall, past two years present has been given to lady drivers don't know if this is necessary (remember they have to get stuff home on the plane). Photo with young drivers and lady reinswomen.
- Sunrise - Take 'Globe Derby' banner to advertise where we are from. Definitely include 2 tiny quiet ponies and drivers with colours, white pants, boots, helmets.
WEEKLY
- Fields need to be with SAHRC by Wednesday 12.00 pm (emailed) so they can go in trot book for Saturday night
- Put Race Fields on Website Wednesday morning
- Put Results on Website after race meetings with story and photos
MONTHLY
- (all year) article to BOTRA by 10th of month (1 page). Email to Secretary, Sharen H.
JULY
- Send members notice 14 days before AGM
- Shane Sandercock Memorial night - November (maybe add others)
- Website - Change 'year ponies have been going on home page'; Sponsors (home page and sponsors page); Contacts; Move previous year Profiles/Fields/Results into archives;
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER
- Order Ribbons or Medals for the period over Christmas when Northside Trophies close down.
- Organise Ribbons for Summer Carnival (first two Saturday's in January). Definitely 2 races on one night "2009 SA Cup - Slow Class".
MARCH
- Vistaprint (Mugs/Tops/etc)
- Order Trophies (5 weeks before Presentation Day) so they are in stock, can engrave at a later date.

INSURANCE:
If attending Wayville Showgrounds need to contact Peter Hailes (Harness Racing SA) to organise insurance. Insurance Policy does not cover thoroughbred tracks.
THOUGHTS:
I wonder if the Country Clubs/Sponsors organised Petrol Money if we would get more ponies to the meetings, eg Victor
