INTER DOMINION UPDATE


Could you please advise you members competing at the inter dominion the following information. It will also posted on Web site (www.nswminitrots.com.au).
Representatives from NSW Harness Club (Harold Park) have advised us that mini trot Inter Dominion events will be conducted on Sunday 7th March starting with 9 Hands and Under at 11.30 am on the track. 9.1 hands to 10.2 hands will be held at 11.50 am while 10.3 to 13 hands start at 12.15 PM.
All competitors with ponies and floats are to enter by gates near senior stables and follow road around to designated mini trot area pass senior stables to parking area down bottom.
Mini trotter will enter track through gates in this region.This area is on the top turn past the winning post and members will be permitted to stay in this area all day to watch the senior Inter Dominion.
NO CARS will be permitted to enter this area if they do not have pony or float .If participating members are arriving in vehicles other than car and float please advise me (emaildarylljackson@optusnet.com.au or 0418433979 ) by Tuesday  night 23rd February so as passes can be forwarded by NSW Harness Racing Club.
Presentation to 3 winning drivers will be conducted throughout the events of the day however other presentation will be held after all clear is given on events.
On the day passes will be allocated should people wish to move to the main race area and move to this area no access is to be made through senior stabling area. Regardless of what mini trot license held by members no mini trot members are to be in senior stabling area.
To make the day a success a good deal of help is required on the day. If you or your members are able to assist in positions such as judges,track attendants,marshalling,recording,timing,or stewarding please advise as what you can volunteer so as we can fill positions. We can not get too many helpers.
Inner City Club will be assisting in conducting BBQ and refreshments in this area to assist to the competitors going too far and we thank them for this gesture.
Barrier draw will be conducted at public venue (Maitland Show) and witnessed on Sunday 21st February with the draw on the web page shortly after.
